Changes to sign-in process

A new Trust This Device feature is now available in QuickSuper. This simplifies the sign-in process for customers who need to access QuickSuper multiple times per day. Please refer to the Signing in to QuickSuper documentation for more information.

The Asgard QuickSuper Portal has moved

  • In September 2021, Asgard QuickSuper client contacts received an email to let them know that this site, the Asgard QuickSuper portal, would be moving to a new website address in October 2021. As this move has now taken place, this site is no longer active.

Important information

  • To access the new QuickSuper BT Portal, please visit www.quicksuperbt.com.au. Here you’ll be able to perform actions such as adding new members to your employer super plan and processing contributions and amendments.

Accessing the new Portal

  • If you were an active user of this site as at 30 September 2021, you will have received your new QuickSuper BT Portal login details via email and a password via SMS. If you have not received your login details or password please contact us on 1300 553 010.
  • You can continue to visit this site until 30 September 2022 to view your employer super plan’s contribution history for contributions submitted on or before 1 October 2021. After 30 September 2022, this site will no longer be accessible.
  • For more information regarding the move to the new QuickSuper BT Portal, and a copy of the email communication sent to client contacts, please visit www.bt.com.au/asgard/employerupdate.html
